I was born in the Western New York area and have resided here my entire life.  I became a professional Realtor in 1989, and have been considered a top agent in the industry each and every year since.  I take pride in my experience and education.  Beyond the required courses to become a sales agent, I have successfully completed courses to become an Associate Broker and earned a national designation, GRI.  To become a GRI, a 90 hour series of courses is required covering legal issues, listing and selling techniques, finance, real estate investment, construction, environmental issues, pricing, fair housing and ethics.
